Responsibilities

• Obtain and enter demographic, insurance and related patient information.
• Verify insurance coverage and pre-authorization requirements.
• Schedule radiology, lab, and basic ancillary services.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Collect patient liabilities and ensure accurate billing information.
• Maintain accurate records and documents.
