Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent.
• At least two years of HR experience, including onboarding or operations support.
• Experience maintaining employee records in HRIS or similar system.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software; able to handle sensitive information.
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; employee-focused.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding from accepted offer through completion of new hire requirements.
• Coordinate new hire paperwork and background screenings.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and other systems.
• Coordinate equipment, access, orientation, and first-day logistics with managers.
• Coordinate exit processes and separation documentation.
• Schedule candidate screenings and interviews; assist with postings and record-keeping in ATS.
• Review and process HR-related invoices and ensure proper approvals.
