Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with FMLA, employee accommodations, and HR compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discretely.

Responsabilités

• Support benefits administration and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate employee FMLA and workplace accommodations.
• Assist with onboarding for new hires and new-hire training activities.
• Assist with state and federal HR reporting and compliance requirements.
• Handle Verifications of Employment requests and support HR inquiries.
