Job summary

Suncoast Center, Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding. This role is based onsite in St. Petersburg, FL, with a standard Monday–Friday schedule and a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.

The position requires 5 years of HR recruiting experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ADP HRIS. Strong knowledge of HR processes and compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
• 5 years of prior experience as an HR Recruiter/Onboarding.
• Sound knowledge of HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management).
• Experience with resume HRIS system preferably ADP.
• Experience in a nonprofit environment preferred.
• Clear criminal background check and valid Florida driver’s license required.

• Ensure compliance with employment law and labor regulations.
• Manage screening, onboarding, and related processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain documentation.
