Responsibilities include coordinating new hire orientation, maintaining confidential records, assisting with timekeeping and payroll data, handling workplace investigations, and serving as the primary HR contact for managers and staff; occasional travel to other Florida sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Strong clerical skills and experience with Excel.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA and personnel data).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support new hires by establishing personnel files and leading orientations covering policies and benefits.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting through onboarding processes.
• Conduct workplace investigations and document findings for management.
• Maintain confidential employee records with high accuracy and compliance.
• Respond to information requests while safeguarding confidentiality.
• Review timecards and process payroll-related data for submission to payroll provider.
• Prepare and submit accident and injury reports as required.
• Enter data for employees including timesheet maintenance and access permissions.
• Propose HR processes to improve efficiency and clarity.
• Serve as primary HR contact for leaders and employees.
