Kelly Professional & Industrial in Lisle, IL is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Part‑Time Accounting & Operations Assistant to provide interim support. You’ll help keep daily accounting and administrative tasks moving and receive approximately two weeks of cross‑training. Onsite role with flexible scheduling: three 8‑hour days per week, or 20–25 hours across 4–5 days, between 8:00 a.m.

and 4:30 p.m. The assignment runs through December and may extend into January.

Qualificações

• Experience with accounting, accounts payable, invoicing, or administrative support.
• Familiar with Sage and/or QuickBooks.
• Comfortable using Outlook and Excel for routine tasks; advanced Excel not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Able to work onsite in Lisle during required hours.

Responsabilidades

• Process ACH transactions and vendor bill payments.
• Maintain DE pricing data and verify information using production software.
• Prepare invoices and process purchase orders.
• Send occasional client-facing emails.
• Use QuickBooks, Sage, Outlook, and Excel for day-to-day tasks.
