Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment onsite at customer facilities in Stockton, CA. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, strong safety practices, and delivering training on product capabilities and maintenance.

You will troubleshoot, schedule tasks, work with R&D and Quality teams, and produce detailed technical reports. The position requires the ability to travel to customer sites, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and uphold Packsize

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms is beneficial.
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshooting issues using drawings and documentation.
• Collaborating with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Performing routine maintenance and emergency services.
• Installing Packsize solutions and training customers.
• Reading and writing detailed technical reports and expense reports.
