Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure, and service equipment at customer facilities in Topeka, Kansas. You will perform start-up testing, training, and ongoing maintenance while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires strong mechanical skills, problem solving, and the ability to travel to client sites with optional overnight trips. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related area preferred.
• Customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as needed.
• Analyze KPI data to identify machine performance issues.
• Install Packsize solutions and train customers on use.

Education

Associates Degree or Vocational Training or equivalent experience

Bachelor's Degree in related area preferred
