Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment at customer facilities in Stockton, CA. You will run startup tests, train customers on product capabilities and perform routine maintenance while building strong, trusted relationships.

Ideal candidates have hands-on mechanical skills, familiarity with Windows/Microsoft tools, and the ability to work independently in a field setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented role with client interaction.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms and basic Microsoft tools.
• Experience using hand tools for mechanical tasks.
• Familiarity with mechanical platforms and assembly concepts.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Education: Associate/Vocational or Bachelor’s in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling tasks at customer sites and coordinating with teams.
• Troubleshooting using technical drawings and documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Software and Quality teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service on equipment.
• Documentation of service reports and customer communications.
