Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities in Fort Worth. You will conduct start-up testing, provide customer training, and build trustful relationships while ensuring safety compliance.

You’ll troubleshoot complex mechanical systems, perform routine maintenance, and work with R&D, Software and QA teams to resolve issues. This role requires strong problem‑solving and communication skills, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or vocational training or equivalent experience required.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using technical drawings and documentation.
• Work cross‑functionally with R&D, Software and Quality Engineering teams.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency services as they arise.
• Install Packsize solutions and train others to use and maintain it.
• Prepare timely, detailed technical reports and expense documents.
