Job summary

Packsize is seeking a Resident Service Engineer to install, configure and maintain packaging equipment at customer facilities in Pleasant View, TN. You will build strong customer relationships, perform start-up testing, and deliver trainings on product capabilities while troubleshooting issues.

The role requires a customer-focused mindset, the ability to work independently, and knowledge of Windows platforms along with basic office tools. Domestic travel and safety adherence are expected.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, vocational training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area preferred.
• Customer service focus and strong communication.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms and basic office tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and documentation.
• Install, configure and maintain Packsize equipment onsite.
• Train customers on product capabilities and maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with Packsize and customer personnel.
• Follow safety requirements and protocols.
