Aston Carter in Wentzville, MO is seeking an entry-level Contract-to-Hire Clerk to support order fulfillment and customer service. You will enter orders, confirm details with sales, and coordinate with purchasing and delivery teams to keep customers informed.

This onsite role requires a high school diploma, basic math, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. ERP knowledge is a plus, and the position offers comprehensive benefits and a clear path to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelors in related field.
• ERP knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Basic Math and reading skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Liaises with sales to confirm pricing and clarify customer requirements.
• Performs all phases of order fulfillment from entry to invoice.
• Enter customer orders accurately and timely.
• Follow up on orders to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Answer calls and emails and route inquiries appropriately.
• Assist customers with order status, stock status, and pricing.
• Maintain written/electronic records of customer correspondence.
• Develop friendly relationships and positive rapport with customers.
• Monitor order progress and communicate delivery times.
