Responsabilités

• Support customers by managing product quality inquiries and service requests
• Process and track customer cases from start to resolution
• Coordinate customer returns, exchanges, and credit requests
• Enter and maintain accurate information in ERP and internal systems
• Review and process documentation related to customer requests
• Communicate with internal teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance
• Monitor open cases and provide updates to customers and stakeholders
• Assist with reporting, tracking, and administrative support activities
• Ensure all records, orders, and documentation are complete and accurate
