Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Endoscopy Specialist in St. Louis, MO to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness and seamless procedure execution. You will troubleshoot devices, maintain documentation, and collaborate with SPD, OR, and biomedical staff while traveling as needed for coverage.

The role requires a strong safety mindset, 0+ years of related experience, and the ability to work rotating shifts and on-call as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, supporting sterile workflow operations, or operating room environments.
• CRCST certification within 6 months of hire (per Stryker and state legislation).

Responsibilities

• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment during procedures.
• Decontaminate, assemble, and test surgical instrumentation per IFU.
• Maintain accurate documentation of equipment usage and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with SPD, OR staff, and leadership to improve service delivery.
• Travel as needed to cover accounts within and outside the region.
