Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, supporting sterile workflow operations, or operating room environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure readiness before each procedure and minimize workflow interruptions.
• Support operating room teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing timely equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex equipment issues to maintain high service reliability and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, biomedical staff, and other clinical partners to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain accurate documentation including procedure information, equipment usage, and monthly performance metrics to ensure compliance.
• Stay current through ongoing training and educate clinical staff on product use while following safety and confidentiality standards.
• Provide flexible coverage including rotating schedules, on-call, overnight and weekend shifts with travel as needed.
