Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams and ensure equipment readiness for MIS procedures in Florida. You will manage setup, troubleshooting, and post‑procedure handling of Stryker and third‑party equipment, collaborating with OR staff and SPD teams.

Responsibilities include on‑call coverage, travel to other accounts as needed, and ongoing training on new technologies to maintain high service reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to travel and cover other accounts as needed, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality prior to each procedure and adjust settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
• Support video conferencing, DICOM transfers, and EMR connectivity where applicable.
