Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including on-call, overnight, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Travel willingness to support other accounts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment for readiness.
• Support OR teams by anticipating device needs during procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff to deliver service.
• Maintain documentation including equipment usage and metrics.
• Stay current with Stryker equipment and educate staff.
