Job summary

Stryker Corporation in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams by ensuring equipment readiness and smooth information flow for MIS procedures. You will set up towers, troubleshoot, and coordinate with OR, SPD, and biomedical staff to maintain high-quality OR operations.

The role requires CRCST certification within 6 months, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to travel up to 10% to support other accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in OR technical support or surgical services.
• Familiarity with MIS procedures (laparoscopy, arthroscopy, cystoscopy, hysteroscopy).
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up Stryker towers, booms, lights, and integrated suite systems per surgeon preference.
• Confirm equipment functionality and image routing prior to each procedure.
• Adjust camera, monitor, and device settings intraoperatively.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of endoscopy and integration systems.
• Manage post-procedure breakdown and staging of all Stryker equipment.
• Educate OR and SPD staff on proper use and troubleshooting of Stryker products.
