Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams with essential equipment, processes, and information flow. You will ensure readiness, anticipate device needs, and contribute to a seamless surgical experience.

The role requires knowledge of anatomy and instrumentation, OR support experience, and flexibility for on-call and regional travel. Training on Stryker products and strong documentation skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical assistance, clinical support, sterile workflow operations, or OR environments.
• Knowledge of anatomy, surgical procedures, and instrumentation.
• HSPA/CRCST certification (required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles; renewed annually).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products to ensure readiness for procedures.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and adjusting equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine and complex equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with surgeons and staff to deliver excellent service and build relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedure information, equipment usage, and performance metrics.
• Stay current on Stryker equipment and educate clinical staff on product use.
