Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking an OnSite Specialist in Chicago, IL to ensure surgical equipment is ready and available for procedures. You will support OR teams, anticipate device needs, and adjust equipment as needed to deliver a seamless surgical experience.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration with SPD, biomedical staff, and clinical partners, along with documentation and adherence to safety standards. Expect rotating shifts, travel, and ongoing training on Stryker products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent certifications required or preferred.
• 0+ years of related work experience; 1+ year in customer service, clinical support, or surgical environment preferred.
• HSPA/CRCST certification required within 6 months for Sterile Processing roles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposable products for procedure readiness.
• Support OR teams during procedures by anticipating device needs and providing equipment adjustments.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliable service.
• Collaborate with surgeons, OR staff, central processing, and biomedical teams to ensure smooth workflows.
