Job summary

Revlon in Oxford, NC seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Technician to operate production lines, make technical decisions impacting safety, quality, and KPIs. The role requires strong mechanical troubleshooting, adherence to safety and 5S standards, and the ability to drive continuous improvements.

You will lead line activities, perform autonomous maintenance, and ensure 5S compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing experience in hands-on mechanical positions or related education.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid root cause problem solving capability and Lean knowledge (5S, Standard Work, AM).
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to follow written processes and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment following Safety, cGMP, Quality guidelines and Standard Work.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and address non-conformances.
• Perform changeovers including geometry, shade, cleaning and sanitization; drive process improvements.
• Record actions in CMMS and support maintenance planning.
• Coach/train teammates and work in a team-based environment.
• Stand/walk for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs; climb ladders as needed.
