Job summary

Revlon in Oxford, NC is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor to guide daily value‑stream production, assign line personnel, and drive safety, quality, and on‑time delivery. You will mentor staff, monitor schedules, and report performance to management.

You will collaborate with HR, Quality, WHSE, and Planning to ensure targets are met and improvements are implemented. The role offers base pay and comprehensive benefits as part of total compensation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for assigned value stream.
• Supervise and provide work direction, schedules, and training for continuous improvement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion of orders.
• Provide metrics and reporting on performance and progress.
• Interface with HR, Quality, WHSE, Planning and Payroll as needed.
• Develop people through coaching, cross-training and performance reviews.
