Job summary

Revlon is hiring for an on-site Line Operator at our Oxford, NC facility. You will set up, run, maintain and monitor the manufacturing line to meet production goals and quality standards. Responsibilities include equipment setup, operation, maintenance checks, safety compliance, and record-keeping.

Training new staff and ensuring GMP adherence are also part of the role. The position is full-time with shifts across 1st, 2nd and 3rd; base pay is $20.00/hour with a $1.10 shift differential on

Qualifications

• Knowledge of hand tools and safe operation of equipment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to stand/walk for 8 hours and lift 50+ lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines and production areas before each shift.
• Operate and adjust machinery during production.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and cleaning.
• Record production quantities, times, and equipment issues.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP and standard work guidelines are followed.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and address non-conformities.
• Train new employees on duties and responsibilities.
• Perform minor repairs to maximize uptime.
