Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, NC, is seeking a dedicated production supervisor to guide daily operations on the 3:00pm - 11:30pm shift onsite. You will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement across the value stream.

You will develop people, manage line performance, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to meet production goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for assigned value stream.
• Supervise filing and assembly with work direction, schedules, training and mentoring.
• Implement policies focusing on safety, quality, teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance to complete orders on time and manage inventory levels.
• Collect data and provide metrics and reporting as required.
• Communicate daily with Operations Manager to provide solutions.
• Serve as back-up to the Operations Manager as needed.
• Assign associates to lines and ensure safety and GMP compliance.
• Lead improvement projects around Safety, Quality, Waste reduction and labor costs.
• Ensure staffing, equipment readiness and target achievement across shifts.
• Solve production issues and reduce waste and downtime; ensure clear duties.
• Coordinate with HR/Quality/WHSE/PQU payroll and other functions; maintain morale.
• Attend meetings and validate line performance during trials.
• Develop people via cross-training and performance reviews.
