Job summary

Revlon is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Oxford, North Carolina site. This full-time, onsite role leads daily production for a designated value stream, mentors staff, and ensures safety, quality, and efficiency in a GMP environment.

Shift hours are 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Candidates should have a BS/BA in engineering and proven production supervision experience in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 4-year BS or BA in engineering preferred.
• Experience supervising associates in a production environment.
• Knowledge of production equipment and troubleshooting methods.
• FDA/GMP environment experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for assigned value stream.
• Supervise and lead line activities with direction, schedules, training, and continuous improvement mentoring.
• Ensure safety, quality, teamwork, and waste reduction as core objectives.
• Monitor compliance to meet on-time orders and inventory targets.
• Provide data metrics and reports; communicate with Operations Manager and other sites.
