Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution is seeking a Safety Engineer to lead site safety engineering, hazard identification, risk reduction, and compliance across the Oxford, NC facility.

You will drive lifecycle safety programs, coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Environmental teams, and guide improvements in guarding, energy controls, and hazard mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering or equivalent required.
• Certifications (CSP/ASP/CIH/PE/CHMM, OSHA 30-Hour GI, NFPA 70E, ISO 45001/ISO 14001) preferred.
• 5–7 years in safety engineering or risk-reduction roles in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead site safety engineering assessments to identify hazards and drive action.
• Perform PHAs, JSA/JHA, What-If analyses and risk-ranking for operations.
• Develop and verify engineering controls and safeguarding improvements.
• Support LOTO, confined-space entry, hot work, and electrical safety programs.
