Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, NC seeks an onsite Production Supervisor to lead daily production across the value stream, mentor team members, and ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to GMP guidelines, and effective communication with the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities include staffing lines, driving line performance, and maintaining compliance with plant policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for assigned value stream.
• Supervise filing and assembly with work direction and training.
• Implement policies driving safety, quality, and waste reduction.
• Maintain on-time orders and target finished goods inventory.
• Provide data and metrics through reporting.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to address problems.
• Serve as back-up to Operations Manager as needed.
