Job summary

Revlon in Oxford, NC is seeking an onsite Production Supervisor to lead daily production for the assigned value stream, supervise line activities, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and GMP standards. The role requires strong leadership, coaching, and hands-on problem-solving to maintain schedule and output goals.

You will collaborate with the Operations Manager, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams while mentoring staff to achieve

• Experience leading production lines in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid knowledge of GMP guidelines and safety policies.
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Supervise activities with direction, schedules, and training for continuous improvement.
• Implement business unit policies with emphasis on safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure orders are completed on time and inventory targets are met.
• Collect data and provide metrics/reports as required.
• Communicate with Operations Manager daily, offering solutions to issues.
• Serve as backup to Operations Manager when needed.
• Develop people through cross-training and performance feedback.
