Job summary

Revlon is seeking an onsite Operations Supervisor for its Oxford, NC site. You will lead daily production for the assigned value stream, supervise associates, and ensure safety, quality, and GMP compliance. You will mentor staff, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and requires coordinating with HR, Quality, and Planning. Shift hours are 3:00pm - 11:30pm, with competitive benefits and base pay in the six-figure range

Qualifications

• Prefer a 4-year BS or BA degree in an engineering discipline; other related experience considered with 5-7 years in production.
• Experience supervising associates in a production environment, preferably drug and/or cosmetic.
• Knowledge of production equipment, safe operating techniques, product capabilities and troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily production for the assigned value stream.
• Supervise and provide work direction, schedules, training for continuous improvement, and mentoring for associates.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP guidelines; maintain equipment and line performance.
• Control line uptime and throughput; resolve issues and drive improvements; report progress to management.
