Job summary

Revlon Manufacturing & Distribution in Oxford, North Carolina, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to keep production lines running, troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems, and drive continuous improvement. This onsite, full-time role requires hands-on problem solving and leadership within a team.

You will install and repair filling and packaging equipment, follow GMP and USDA standards, train others, and contribute to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2-year technical degree with 3–5 years manufacturing experience.
• Or HS diploma with 10 years maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of filling/assembly equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, welding, and power transmission.
• Ability to read schematics and PLC programs.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing shifts.
• Willingness to travel and bring personal hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair filling and assembly equipment, conveyors, pumps, and packaging systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues across electrical, controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, lubrication, and mechanical systems.
• Perform mechanical and electrical preventive maintenance during operation or downtime.
• Maintain GMP, USDA compliance and safe work areas.
• Collaborate within a team and train others as needed.
• Drive improvement by modifying equipment and recommending system enhancements.
• Document maintenance records and elevate issues promptly.
• Respond to equipment emergencies across plant areas.
