HireArt is helping our client find an Operations Support Associate to join its designated market team in Stoughton, MA. This is a full-time, 5-week contract position onsite.

You’ll provide on-site operational support, assist customers with the rental process, vehicle prep, and coordinate vehicle transportation while maintaining standards and clear communication. • 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (e.g., retail, technical support, hospitality).

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site customer service and vehicle processing, including check-in, vehicle assignment, rental return, and vehicle prep.
