Job summary

JSM Consulting Inc. is seeking an on-site Operational Support role at the assigned facility to ensure efficient customer service and vehicle readiness. You'll assist customers with the Flexdrive rental process, prepare vehicles, and maintain vehicle compliance documents.

Ideal candidates are motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with prior car-detailing or automotive exposure a plus, and the ability to communicate clearly with drivers and on-site staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in an in-person customer service role (retail, tech support, or hospitality).
• Familiarity with the market area (Philadelphia preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Patience, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the rental process (check-in, vehicle assignment, rental return).
• Prepare rental vehicles for drivers (fueling, cleaning, telematics, license plates, inspections).
• Organize vehicle compliance documents and the vehicle lot.
• Coordinate vehicle transportation and complete daily rental operations tasks.
• Maintain high service standards when interacting with drivers and on-site staff.
