Job summary

CircusTrix Sky Zone is seeking a Team Lead at our Minnesota Sky Zone park. This onsite, full-time role rotates through Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities, empowering you to run shifts like a pro.

You’ll be the on-floor leader when managers aren’t present, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction. You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and drive safety, guest experience, and program sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to move through all areas of the park and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead by walking the floor and set the tone for the team.
• Grow guest experience and drive membership programs.
• Ensure safety and policy compliance across operations.
• Oversee Parties & Events and F&B operations as needed.
• Step in as Manager on Duty when senior leaders are away.
