Job summary

Sky Zone in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Part-time Team Lead to help run the park floor across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You’ll step in as Manager on Duty when leaders aren’t on-site, coach teammates, and ensure guest experiences meet Sky Zone’s WOW standards.

You should have at least 2 years in operations or guest-facing roles, comfort with POS systems, and availability evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred and encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when leaders are not present to ensure safety and operational excellence.
• Lead and coach team members across all park areas to deliver WOW guest experiences.
• Oversee Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and F&B/Facilities operations and safety compliance.
• Support scheduling, training, and performance coaching to drive guest satisfaction.
