Job summary

Sky Zone seeks a Team Lead to manage on-floor operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across Sales & Service, Parties & Events, and Food & Beverage/Facilities. You will act as MOD, drive safe, efficient park flows, and support leadership development.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in operations or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and a hands-on, team-first mindset. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Background in retail sales, food & beverage, or entertainment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when GM/OM are not present
• Coach and delegate to Team Members across departments
• Lead in multiple park areas to maintain seamless guest experiences
• Drive membership and program sales while modeling Sky Zone WOW service
• Ensure safety, cleanliness and compliance across the park
