Job summary

Heraeus Medevio in White Bear Lake, MN offers an 8-month Operations Quality Engineering Co‑Op (May 2027–December 2027). Work under seasoned engineers on real projects across design, testing, manufacturing, or product development with hands-on mentorship.

You’ll support cross‑functional teams, apply DOE, PFMEA, GR&R and data analysis, ensure procedure compliance, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced medical device environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field (see above).
• Minimum GPA 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
• Ability to work full-time onsite during the co-op.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle with inspection, correlation, DOE, PFMEA, GR&R, and data analysis.
• Assist investigations and actions for nonconforming material and product processes.
• Apply statistical tools to monitor product performance and identify improvements.
• Support system implementations and improvements, including SPC/SQS software.
