Job summary

Better Health is seeking a Contract Workplace Operations Coordinator for our San Francisco office. The role is an onsite 1099 contractor position with an initial 90-day term and potential extension based on business needs and performance.

Compensation ranges from $30 to $38 per hour, depending on experience. Schedule is Tuesday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM, in our welcoming and organized office environment.

Responsibilities

• Support onsite operational readiness during visits and reviews.
• Process and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Coordinate and ship employee gifts and company swag.
• Maintain basic workplace upkeep and office organization.
• Manage office access for visitors and staff.
• Ensure office remains stocked and operational during business hours.
• Provide cross-team administrative coordination as needed.
• Coordinate with building management and external vendors.
