Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year’s work experience as a receptionist, preferably in a legal environment.
• Ability to handle complaints with professionalism and patience.
• Strong technical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Metering, sorting, and distributing mail.
• Producing copy, print, and scan projects.
• Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors.
• Coordinating upkeep of conference rooms and kitchens.
• Basic daily maintenance and inventory control.
