Opensity Solutions in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Service Specialist to support our clients with mail, copy/print, hospitality, and reception duties.

You will manage mail flow, produce copy, answer calls, greet visitors, and help maintain conference rooms and kitchens, while coordinating basic facilities tasks. This full-time role offers a daytime schedule, a pay rate of $20–$21 per hour, and a benefits package. We value reliability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Office Services experience (copy/print, mail, reception).
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs and handle packages on a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Handle mail services, metering, sorting and distributing mail and packages.
• Produce copy, print, and scan projects according to instructions.
• Serve as receptionist, answer calls and greet visitors professionally.
• Coordinate hospitality of client conference rooms and common areas.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen and office supplies; organize and stock rooms.
• Assist with floor coordination and basic facilities tasks as needed.
