Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a FAST Service Specialist in Minneapolis, MN. This on-site role supports reception, hospitality, mail, copy, and facilities services across client accounts. Expect 40 hours weekly, with shifts between 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday, and a pay range of 20.00–23.00 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years’ work experience in a customer services field.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve issues with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for extended periods.
• Must be able to work all 8hr shifts between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
• This is a full time position (40 hours per week).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Reception: answer incoming calls and route to the appropriate person; greet visitors.
• Hospitality: prepare and maintain client conference rooms and kitchens.
• Mail: meter, sort, and distribute mail and packages per schedule.
• Copy: produce copy, print, and scan projects as instructed.
• Floor coordination: stock and maintain copy rooms and general supplies.
• Facilities: assist with small moves, cleaning, and equipment concerns.
