Job summary

Better Health is seeking a reliable and highly organized Workplace Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day office and operational needs at our San Francisco office. This onsite 1099 contractor role requires a consistent presence during business hours and the ability to coordinate mail, shipments, access, and basic office upkeep.

Schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–5:30 PM, with potential for extension based on performance. Prior healthcare operations experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent onsite presence during business hours.
• Support office readiness during visits and reviews.
• Process and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Coordinate shipment of gifts and company swag.
• Coordinate basic workplace upkeep and organization.
• Manage office access and visitor entries.
• Keep the office running smoothly and stocked.
• Provide coordination support across teams as needed.
• Coordinate with building management and vendors.
