Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit operations, facilities coordination, office administration, project coordination, vendor coordination, technology support, or healthcare is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations at owned or leased offices, housing units, and community spaces.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and larger projects involving HVAC, plumbing, roofing, cleaning, access, alarms, security.
• Receive and clarify service needs; communicate with vendors and staff; arrange site access; track progress; confirm completion.
• Identify site needs; obtain quotes; monitor purchases within budgets and procedures.
• Assist with physical office setup: moving, assembling, arranging furniture or equipment.
• Troubleshoot basic IT issues; prepare, distribute, retrieve, organize devices and equipment.
