Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative/operational support experience in regulated/technical environments.
• Ability to manage priorities, coordinate schedules, and track tasks to completion.
• Ability to work with team members, management, customers, and other organizations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and support procurement and budget tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement, resource scheduling, records management, budget and cost tracking, and coordination among project personnel and supporting organizations.
• Assisting with procedure revisions, process improvements, issues tracking, and corrective actions.
• Maintain consistent documentation, timely follow-through, and clear communication while allowing technical staff and management to focus on their primary project responsibilities.
• Support established processes under the direction of a supervisor, team lead, or manager
• Apply entry-level operational knowledge and assist with moderately complex problems.
