Qualifications

• Experience in a Microsoft-focused IT support or engineering environment.

• Understanding of Conditional Access, identity and access management.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications and modern workplace technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Good understanding of IT security and device compliance.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with teams across locations.
• Experience supporting legal or professional services environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across Microsoft cloud and end user technologies.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Conditional Access.
• Manage SaaS applications, user provisioning and access controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues across cloud and end user environments.
• Work closely with global technology teams to support users across the US and UK.
• Support endpoint management, device compliance and wider security initiatives.
• Contribute to cloud transformation and modern workplace projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and help improve IT processes and support standards.
