Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience with Windows 11 and Office 365.
• Knowledge of identity and access management and security group administration.
• Experience with endpoint management and software deployment concepts.
• Understanding of basic networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with cloud collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Working knowledge of AV setups and remote conferencing (e.g., Zoom).
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to users across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and market data issues.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding, permissions, and account administration.
• Support audio/visual systems and conferencing technologies (Zoom, Teams, Cisco).
• Assist with mobile device configuration and management via Intune or similar tools.
• Support VDI environments for secure, flexible remote access.
• Log, track, and resolve requests in an ITSM platform.
• Document solutions and maintain knowledge bases for recurring issues.
• Identify opportunities for automation and workflow improvements.
• Provide after-hours and weekend on-call coverage as part of a rotation.
