Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking an Executive Support Specialist to provide high-touch IT support to senior executives and assistants onsite in Midtown Manhattan. You will own issues end-to-end, escalate when needed, and ensure smooth operations across endpoint, identity, mobile, AV and conferencing systems.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of IT end user computing or service delivery experience.
• 3+ years supporting executives or VIPs in a white glove environment.
• Strong hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11 and Autopilot.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, iPhone management and MFA.
• Strong conference room and video conferencing experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.
• Polished communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• High level of discretion when working with senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable with scheduled on call and occasional out of hours support.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide white glove IT support to senior executives and their assistants, owning issues through to resolution.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex end user issues across the wider business.
• Support users across office, remote and international environments.
• Manage executive devices, including laptops, iPhones, Intune, Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Support conference rooms, AV, executive meetings and business critical events.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, hardware refreshes and IT assets.
• Maintain documentation, ticket quality and service levels.
• Participate in an on call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends.
• Identify ways to improve the executive and end user experience through better processes and automation.
