Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer / IT Manager to own the US office technology, onsite in New York. This hands-on role supports senior stakeholders, manages projects, vendors and day-to-day IT operations.

You’ll lead Microsoft 365 and Windows environments, coordinate external partners, support onboarding and office moves, and work directly with senior leadership to shape the IT function.

Qualifications

• Strong IT support, desktop engineering or systems support experience.
• Experience in professional services, legal or high touch environments.
• Law firm or MSP support for legal clients is preferred.
• Familiarity with legal applications and document management systems.
• Microsoft 365 and Windows expertise with endpoint management knowledge.
• Vendor, supplier and external partner coordination.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Project ownership while staying hands-on with tech.
• Proactive, independent work style in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT contact for the US office, providing responsive support to users at all levels.
• Deliver white glove IT support to legal professionals, senior stakeholders and executives.
• Own office technology projects, relocations, setups, cabling and fit-outs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology with business needs.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365, Windows and end-user environments.
• Coordinate relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Support onboarding, hardware deployment and US office technology requirements.
• Escalate and troubleshoot complex issues with hands-on support.
