Qualifications

• Hands-on property attendant with ability to perform maintenance and cleaning duties.
• Ability to prep rooms for housekeeping and assist with laundry.
• Comfortable taking overnight on-call to oversee property after hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: handle work orders, light electrical/plumbing tasks, and preventative maintenance.
• Inventory: track supplies and assist with orders.
• Housekeeping support: prep rooms for housekeeping and move items as needed.
• Emergency procedures: follow property safety guidelines and secure guests and property.
• Guest services: assist with after-hours check-in/check-out and respond to guest needs.
• On-call: be available overnight for after-hours tasks and emergencies.
• Other duties as assigned.
