The role involves overnight on-call responsibilities, property inspections, and a range of duties from check-ins to maintaining common areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections during the night for safety and security.
• Guest services: check-in/out after hours and address guest needs.
• Laundry duties: wash, dry, fold, and organize linens.
• Cleaning and maintenance: vacuuming, dusting, stocking supplies, and room preps if needed.
• Know and follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security.
• On-call overnight for afterhours guest needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
