Job summary

Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking a positive, professional Onsite Night Guest Attendant. This face of the property will work evening shifts and be on call overnight to oversee operations after hours, coordinating a wide range of tasks and ensuring guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to adapt to a changing schedule. Living onsite offers a complimentary room to support overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in customer service; hotel operations experience preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive in solving problems.
• Willing to work a changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Property inspections at night to ensure safety and security.
• Assist guests with after-hours check-in/out and provide excellent service.
• Complete laundry duties and maintain a clean laundry area.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks; prep rooms as needed.
• Know and follow emergency procedures to protect guests and property.
• Be on call overnight to address guest needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
